August 25, 2025 - Possible change in purpose (?)

I am back from the dead! >:D

Okay, so I would like to apologize for the lack of updates recently, unfortunately my hyperfixiation on web development and anime died off after going through some burn out (and other personal stuff), but because updates have been so slow, I've been thinking about changing the purpose off the site so that I won't have to update it as often. 

The site was originally created as a place for me to share my reviews on anime, as this was during the peak of my anime hyperfixiation resurfacing (i think this was like the 3rd or 4th time this happened, as sometimes older hyperfixiations tend to resurface and I get interested in the thing again). 

However, I failed to realize that my attention span (which has always been a problem) made it difficult to maintain interest in anime, and it also made it really difficult to remember details about the anime I was wanting to review. 

This was a complete oversight honestly, so I decided that it'd be better to focus on the actual website itself and fix some bugs and stuff while I waited for my anime hyperfixiation to resurface so that I could continue to write reviews about it. But it never did, so eventually I got bored and stopped doing webdev stuff all together. (Another cool ass hobby lost to time... :'c )

This is gonna sound selfish as hell, but I was kind of also hoping to get at least somewhat popular by creating my own website. 

I cringe at the idea of my reputation revolving around me being the "weird Springtrap fan-girl who's interest is Tony Crynight" (fyi: I'm no longer a fan of him or his story, I left his fandom a while ago), and I guess I kind of believed that me being famous would make up for all the shit I've been put through my whole life and that it'd make me feel better somehow (I'm not sure if this is a common feeling among teens or if my lack of social life is getting to me lmao)

Unfortunately, I never did, so that also killed my hyperfixiation in web development. 

Now obviously, I don't like the idea of going back to modern social media like tiktok as a source of entertainment, as I've noticed that it tends to make me less productive and more depressed, so I gotta find something to do other than doom-scroll all day, which is why I'm wanting to try and pick back up on web development, but because I'm not hyperfixiated on anime at the moment, I need to find a new purpose for this site, which I why I'm making this post. 

I was kind of thinking about using it as a way to share of Nozomi's lore and kind of give people a reference page to use for if they want to make head-canons and shit (let's just hope to god people don't mischaracterize her too awfully..), but what do you guys think?
